How: Duplicate the read-only calendar for you to make edits. Keep track of the original and notify you if any changes made.
Export .ics files from your previous platform to migrate, or grant us access using CalDAV or SSO login
How we save: User sets up a benchmark time zone (e.g. UTC+0). When user add a new event using a different time zone (e.g. 10:00 UTC+5), it will be stored as the benchmark time zone (5:00 UTC+0).
How to view: Calendar view by default uses the same time zone as the device. User can switch from all time zones.
Example: The HR is asking if next Wednesday is available for a 15-minute call —
Also, is there any free time next Thursday afternoon to squeeze a 2-hour meeting with Steve? (This will check the user's calendar, and check Steve's if they granted access)
See the project Gantt chart right on your calendar, and a better way to handle full-day continuous events like holidays

Example: I'm working on some documentation these days but also there are some annoyingly short meetings scheduled. I don't want to keep track of those meetings but still have to attend. Just dial me up when it's like 5 minutes approaching so to get a sense of time, mkay?
Example: Share your "Work" calendar with the team and exclude some tentative events tagged "tentative"
