Across the globe

Set the time zone, and we handle the rest

How we save: User sets up a benchmark time zone (e.g. UTC+0). When user add a new event using a different time zone (e.g. 10:00 UTC+5), it will be stored as the benchmark time zone (5:00 UTC+0).

How to view: Calendar view by default uses the same time zone as the device. User can switch from all time zones.

(Useful) AI scheduling

Use sophisticated natural language to create, edit, or just do a check

Example: The HR is asking if next Wednesday is available for a 15-minute call —

Also, is there any free time next Thursday afternoon to squeeze a 2-hour meeting with Steve? (This will check the user's calendar, and check Steve's if they granted access)

Built-in project and to-do management

See the project Gantt chart right on your calendar, and a better way to handle full-day continuous events like holidays

Kanban for your tasks to plan first, schedule next

Auto check your tasks once criteria are met (received an email, arrived at some place...)

Multiple notifications, and the strongest notification...

We even fake phone calls

Example: I'm working on some documentation these days but also there are some annoyingly short meetings scheduled. I don't want to keep track of those meetings but still have to attend. Just dial me up when it's like 5 minutes approaching so to get a sense of time, mkay?

Easy Collab

Customise and share available slots and multiple calendars

Example: Share your "Work" calendar with the team and exclude some tentative events tagged "tentative"

Third-party services integration

So you don't need to search for links or QR codes for pre-booked events and virtual meetings again
